Now with the election behind us and the holiday season in front of us and while experiencing a pandemic, join the River Garden Auixiliary for an uplifting discussion led by Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Michelle Pargman, on ways to strengthen the connection with yourself, which enables our connection with others to improve our overall emotional well-being.
