Super Sunday, our Federation’s annual phone- a-thon, will take place this Sunday morning, Feb. 2. Chaired this year by our rGEN steering committee, Super Sunday is one of our most important fundraising events of the year. We will connect with more of our donors on Super Sunday than at any other time of the year. When you answer the call this Sunday morning, please consider making your gift for the 2014 annual campaign. Thank you!

As you know, our annual campaign dollars fund our overseas partners, the Jewish Agency for Israel and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. Locally, we are proud to support the work of Jewish Family & Community Services, Jewish Community Alliance, Jewish Community Foundation of Northeast Florida, River Garden Senior Services, Torah Academy of Jacksonville and the Martin J. Gottlieb Day School. Over the course of the past 10 years, as a result of your generous support of Federation, we have provided over $20 million to these important local and overseas agencies! They continue to provide the highest quality of services. They continue to need our help. Please keep this in mind when you answer the call this Sunday!

In collaboration with our Communications Committee and with approval from our Board, we are excited to unveil our new look as we introduce our new Federation logo and subdivision logos to the community. We have freshened up our Federation logo and created vibrant, eye-catching logos for Women’s Division, rGEN (formerly Young Leadership Division) and Shalom Jacksonville.

We think that this new look reflects the extraordinary work that is happening every day of our staff and volunteers. It is our hope that you will begin to identify with the new logos and graphics, and support this rebranding effort!
