Price and Travel Information

 

What is the cost of the mission?

The basic cost per person is $1,500 based on double occupancy. Single supplement is $700.

 

What does my signature experience include?

  • 2 nights in a hotel 

  • Lunch and dinner on Wednesday 

  • A ticket to the Broadway show Harmony: A New Musical 

  • Museum admission 

  • Guided Lower East Side Walking Tour

 

Not Included:

  • Air travel to and from New York. All participants should plan to be in New York on Tuesday, December 5 prior to the 7:00 P.M. showtime. 

  • 1 breakfast

 

 

Registration and Payment Due Dates
Registration will close on September 22 or earlier, if all spots are full.

 

When are payments due?

$500 deposit and single supplement payment is due at time of registration, no later than September 22.

Balance is due by October 27.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Prior to September 22, you will receive a refund of $250.

  • After September 22 and before October 27, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. 

  • No refunds after October 27

    Please note that there will be no exceptions or cancellation fees waived.

Do I need to purchase Travel Insurance?
We strongly suggest purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. While we cannot recommend a specific policy, we highly recommend visiting www.squaremouth.com where you can explore various travel insurance options

 

General 

 

How many people are being recruited for this mission?

The minimum for the trip to take place is 25 participants and the maximum is 30 participants. Once there are 30 participants, additional spots will be based on availability.

 

Fundraising
 

Is there a minimum financial commitment to the Federation?

Yes, the minimum gift to the 2024 Annual Campaign is a dollar-a-day or $365 payable through December 31, 2024.
