Price and Travel Information
What is the cost of the mission?
The basic cost per person is $3,890 based on double occupancy. Single supplement is $950.
What does my boutique experience include?
- 4 nights at the JW Marriott Hotel
- All meals
- Private guide
- Transportation
- Security
- Entrance fees to local museums/experiences
- Tips and gratuities
Not included:
- Air Travel to and from Mexico City. All participants should plan to be in Mexico City on Wednesday, April 15th prior to the 6:00 pm start of the mission.
- Return Flights should be booked for Sunday, April 19th, programming ends Saturday, April 18th at 10:30 PM.
Registration and Payment Due Dates
When are payments due?
- $500 deposit is due at time of registration (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- 50% of the remaining balance is due by January 10, 2026
- Full balance is due February 10, 2026
- Flexible payment schedules available
What is the cancellation policy?
- Up to February 10, 2026 full refund minus $500 deposit
Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
- We strongly recommend that you purchase “cancel for any reason” travel insurance. While we cannot recommend a specific policy, we recommend visiting https://www.squaremouth.com/ where you can explore various travel insurance options.
How do I register for the mission?

How many people are being recruited for the mission?
- The minimum for the trip to take place is 20 participants and the maximum is 30 participants. Once there are 30 participants, additional spots will be based on availability.
